What You Can Expect

Your day begins in Walvis Bay before heading inland, away from the coast and into the dramatic landscapes of the Namib Naukluft Park.

As you travel deeper into the desert, the scenery changes completely. Over the next 150km, the coastline gives way to mountains, open plains, waterholes and striking rock formations. This is where the search for wildlife begins.

This tour is unique because it takes you far off the beaten track into remote areas where it is not uncommon to see no other people or vehicles. The experience gives you a real sense of discovery, space and adventure.

The landscape is vast and ancient, with no fences or borders, creating the feeling of travelling through untouched wilderness.

The Namib Naukluft Park is the largest park in Africa, covering approximately 50,000 square kilometres. It includes both the Namib Desert and the Naukluft Mountains, making this tour an absolute must for aspiring photographers and nature lovers.

Possible wildlife sightings include Oryx, Zebra, Springbok, Ostrich, Warthog, Giraffe, Black-backed Jackal and, if you are very lucky, Cheetah.

A picnic-style lunch and drinks are included during the tour, enjoyed in a remote and scenic setting.
