Wir sind keine großen Fans von Touren, aber wir wollten unbedingt nach Sandwich Harbour fahren. Jaque und PJ hätten uns kein besseres Erlebnis bieten können. Sie fuhren mit einem Funkgerät voraus, erklärten uns alle schwierigen Fahrbedingungen und führten uns fachkundig durch den ganzen Tag. Sie schienen schnell zu erkennen, was uns interessierte, und passten die Tour dann entsprechend an. Sie waren unglaublich gut über die Gegend informiert. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie waren sogar so gut, dass wir noch einen zweiten Tag mit ihnen unterwegs waren – und das von Leuten, die keine Touren mögen!

Due to the tides and unpredictable weather, we may NOT be able to access the lagoon at Sandwich Harbour on the day of your tour. If this occurs, we will take you to a view point of the lagoon instead.

You are responsible to ensure that your vhicle insurence will cover sand and dune driving. This activity is done at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries.
You need special permission from the vehicle rental agency to drive to Sandwich Harbour, so ask them first before booking this tour.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Your Namibia desert adventure starts when we meet at the Walvis Bay Yacht CLub at aprox 8:30. After a quick briefing we depart towards the Namib Naukluft Park.
Along the we stop at verious points of interest for photos and to share information and history with you.
If we reach Sandwich Harbour, you have the opportunity to have your packed lunch and relax, enjoying the view before heading to the dune belt for some dune driving.
This tour is a cusomised tour to Sandwich Harbour that excludes wreckless and dangerous driving without sacrificing any of the fun and adventure of a normal tour.
**Please note that this is a SELF DRIVE TOUR. This means that you will be driving your own/rented/hired 4x4 vehicle that will be guided by our lead vehicle.
It is of utmost importance that you have your own insurance cover for this tour. We take extreme caution when it comes to the safety of ourselves, our clients and the enviroment at all times.
