DAY 1: The start of an epic adventure (Lunch, dinner)

We will meet you at Windhoek Airport or accommodation and after a quick introduction we pack our bags and and start our journey towards Keetmanshoop and your first stop at The Quivertree Forest Rest Camp.

When you have settled in, you have the afternoon to enjoy the peacefull 

surroundings and enjoy the facilities of the Camp.




DAY 2: Exploring the surrounds (Breakfast, dinner)

Today after a hearty breakfast we tour through the quivertree forest and have

a cheetah interaction, OR an evening of star gazing planned for you

DAY 3: Early rise to travel to Luderitz (Breakfast, lunch)

We have another early start to the day. Today we head west to Luderitz. A popular fishing village

also known for the diamond mining that took place there in the 1800's and early 1900's. We arrive at Luderitz and its time to relax or take a walk through the village to see Goerke House. The rest

of the afternoon is free time for you to enjoy.

DAY 4 : Tour the ghost town of Kolmanskuppe and visit Dias Point(Breakfast, Lunch)

Today we visit the once thriving diomond town of Kolmanskuppe, after the diamond field were

depleted in 1928, the town was left abandoned  and the Namib desert

started claiming back her land. We also visit Dias Point, where Bartolomeu Dias

erected the cross in 1488 when he set foot on this barren land.

DAY 5: Up at dawn for the scenic drive to Solitaire (Light lunch)

After enjoying a hot cup of tea or coffee, we start our journey to Solitaire via the scenic gravel C13 route. Along the way we stop to view the wild desert horses and stop at various points to admire the natural beauty of this area. We book in at our lodge and relax for the remainder

of the day.

DAY 6 : Visit Big Daddy dune and Deadvlei (Breakast, Light Lunch)

Today will be one of those days that will remain with you forever as we head over to Dune45 and Big Daddy. We anjoy the spectacular scenery from the top of this 300m high dune and then we head

over to Deadvlei for some more fantastic photos. After spending the day

getting the best photos, we head back to our accommodation at Solitaire 

for sundownersand relaxation.

DAY 7: We drive from Solitaire to Walvis Bay (Light lunch)

We say goodbye to Moose McGreggor and the desert squirrels and take a

drive to Walis Bay. Also very scenic route as we pass through the Namib Naukluft

National Park to reach the coastline. We get to our accommodation and 

take the time to relax.

DAY 8: Walvis Bay (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Today we start the day with a 4 hour catamaran cruise to view dolphins, seals and other spectacular 

marine life, and then we head deep into the Namib to find Sandwich Harbour.

During this day you will experience the thrill of the massive Namib dune and

see where they meet the ocean as we navigate the tricky passage to

reach Sandwich Harbour. After our busy day we head to our accomodation

for some free time.

DAY 9: Walk the streets of Swakopmund for the morning (Breakfast,lunch dinner)

Swakopmund is one of towns in Africa that you simply have to visit. With its 

rich history and beautyfull architechture, this prodominantly German settlement

is classified as the adventure capital of Namibia. Here one could do all sorts of

extreme sports such as sky-diving and quad bike riding on the dunes.

These activities can be booked, but they are not included in our standard tour.

We visit the Swakopmund lighthouse, Martin Luther Steam Locomotive, German Marine Memorial, 

and the 1905 Jetty.

After exploring and learning about the town, we depart to the Brandberg. At Branberg we enjoy a

game drive to see the illusive desert elephants of Damaraland. Theafter we head to the lodge to relax 

for the evening.



DAY 10: Brandberg to Opuwo (Light lunch, dinner)

It is an early start today as we have alot to show you. We travel to the the capital of the Kunene Region.

Here we have the opportunity to experience the cultural villages of the Ovahimba people and learn

how they survive in this harsh enviroment. We explore the town and then head 

back to our accommodation to relax after a long day.

DAY 11: Opuwo to Outjo (Breakfast, lunch dinner)

Today after breakfast, we head east towards Outjo. This is a very scenic drive and your camera will work overtime.

We stop often to admire the scenery and stretch our legs before we arrive at Outjo.

We book into our accommodation and then we have some free time to explore this interesting village.

Here you could visit the curio shops to get some authentic Namibian gemstones or other craft.


DAY 12: Outjo to Okaukuejo Rest Camp (light lunch)

We start the day fairly early with a cup of coffee and rusks, then we start our journey

to Okaukuejo Rest Camp. We spend the better part of the day viewing the spectacular wildlife. 

The main attraction of this camp is that it overlooks a permanent waterhole which

is floodlit at night. Okaukuejo camp is surrounded by a wide diversity of wildlife

congregate and interact from lion to rhino to elephant and antelope.

The spectacle starts at dawn, with animals coming in large numbers to quench

their thirst. The activity continues throughout the day until late at night. In the

early evenings, it is not uncommon to have black rhino, elephant, and lion all

drinking at the same time.

DAY 13: Okaukuejo to Halali (breakfast, light lunch)

Today is a full day of game viewing on route to Halali Camp. 

Halali Camp is one of the favourite watering holes inside Etosha National Park.

The seating area is elevated and overlooks all of the waterholes. It is a great location for sunset views and photography over the waterhole. It is not uncommon to see animal reflections in the waterhole. It is the regular visiting point for Elephants, Black Rhino, Spotted Hyena, and lions. There is a resident leopard that drinks daily at the moringa waterhole of Halali.  Other facilities include a restaurant, bar, shop, swimming pool, kiosk and camping facilities.

DAY 14: Halali Camp to Namutoni Camp (Breakfast, light lunch)

Namutoni camp is situated on the eastern side of Etosha and derives its name

from the old German fort around which it is built. The presence of the fort gives Namutoni more character than the other rest camps in Etosha. Namutoni is the closest to Fisher’s Pan . This is a renown  wonderland of water birds in the wet season including breeding flamingos.


The Fort  overlooks the King Nehale waterhole. It is the hub of activity with two restaurants, a relaxation lounge, a bar, crafts boutique, curio shop, jewellers, and bookstore.

An elevated decked walkway along the water-hole provides views of the surrounding scenery, wildlife, and spectacular sunsets. After a exhausting day viewing game at the

surrounding water holes, we enoy a relaxing evening as we watch the 

African sunset on our last day in Etosha.

DAY 15: Namutoni to Windhoek

Today is our last day together. After a hearty breakfast  we start our journey back to

reality. Along the way we often stop to admire the beauty of Namibia and to stretch our legs or have a 

refreshment. We arrive in Windhoek late in the afternoon and book into our accommodation for the night. Tonight we enjoy reflecting on the past two weeks of adventure, share stories and views and just relax.When we met we were strangers, but after such an epic adventure through Namibia, we part as friends.

This is an amazing journey to discover the beauty of Namibia. A journey that will leave you breathless and wanting to return to stay just a little longer.
